Summer Housing in West Los Angeles: 

If you're looking for summer housing in West Los Angeles, you've come to the right place! Our mission is to create a great living situation for people who want to focus on THEIR mission. We do this by having beds and closet space in every room, providing breakfast (and coffee!) for those up early for work, and by handling the little things, all so that you can spend your time on the reason you're in LA for the summer.

Whether you'll be in L.A. for an internship, summer classes, or just a great time, spending the summer at 649 Gayley offers a unique chance to live in a social environment with other college students. During the summer, no fraternity members live on the premises, and the rooms are rented by students from all across the country.

We are open for summer rental beginning Friday June 21st and end our summer housing period on the 15th of September.

Our room rates are as follows:
Quad Room: $750 per month
Double Room: $950 per month
Single: $1350 per month
