(A) Students who are applying from abroad as a new F-1 visa student must submit the following documents:
- ⃞ F-1 Student Supplemental Application Form (fillable)
- ⃞ Proof of Funds - Financial Statement or Bank Statement obtained within the last 3 months, indicating the balance of at least $28,000 U.S. dollars. All bank verifications should indicate U.S. currency and be dated within six months of the term start date.
- ⃞ Financial Support/Affidavit of Support Form
- ⃞ U.S. dollars (USD) $50-150 Non-Refundable Application Fee (Pay via your student portal)
- ⃞ Official High School Diploma and High School Transcripts or college/university transcripts with official English translation
- ⃞ English Proficiency Exam Score (see below for accepted English proficiency exams and required scores)
- ⃞ One passport-sized photograph (1 in x 1 in)
(B) Students who are currently in the United States on an F-1 visa and wish to transfer to Community College must submit the following documents:
- ⃞ F-1 Student Supplemental Application Form (fillable)
- ⃞ Proof of Funds - Financial Statement or Bank Statement obtained within the last 3 months, indicating the balance of at least $28,000 U.S. dollars. All bank verifications should indicate U.S. currency and be dated within six months of the term start date.
- ⃞ Financial Support/Affidavit of Support Form
- ⃞ U.S. dollars (USD) $5-150 Non-Refundable Application Fee (Pay via your student portal)
- ⃞ Official High School Diploma and High School Transcripts or college/university transcripts with official English translation
- ⃞ English Proficiency Exam Score
- ⃞ I-20 from current school and all of your previous I-20's
- ⃞ Passport/Visa stamp
- ⃞ I-94 (Arrival Record)
- ⃞ SEVIS I-901 Fee Receipt
- ⃞ If you have dependents, a copy of their documents and I-20's
- ⃞ LACC transfer verification form
- ⃞ One passport-sized photograph (1 in x 1 in)
⃞ Accepted English Proficiency Exams and Scores:
TOEFL : IBT = 45 or higher; CBT = 133 or higher
IELTS : Grade 4.5 or higher
